Returns
You may initiate a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@hawabaazi.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Note: Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund, based on your preference.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange for a different model or material, please initiate a return and place a new order.
